Easy to find site (in daylight), as it is just off the main road with a very visible sign. More of a challenge in the dark as the exit is less than obvious and no immediate lighting.
This is a basic field, with electricity and overlooking some rough fields, nursery plots and large empty greenhouses. As this was October, it could possibly look different in Summer, if the nursery has flowers. See comments below, which we didn't see. Note that we had not problems with water pressure as stated by other visitors.
We all book places because they are handy for where we want to visit, we walked the prom in town most evenings and the downs most days which are very pleasant. There are plenty of supermarkets close (so don't overload the van - Morrisons is a mile down the road), but the site still feels out of town, but close enough to get to the seafront with relatively little effort. As it was dark early for most of our visit and we spend time away from the caravan the site was not a problem for us.
The one black mark is the state of the toilet emptying facilities which make a less than pleasant job, pretty awful. A little effort could improve this site, as it is in the bottom 5 (out of over 60) CL's we have visited.
