I was quite disappointed to read Mr Cassell’s review. This is a site that we have visited and loved for many years. We were due to arrive for a weeks break but were feeling a little bit anxious about the site being ‘crowded as stated in the above review. 
we found the site to be as perfect as always. Just 5 well spaced out vans on the CL site, and adjacent a static van, mainly used by people who have given up caravanning by virtue of age and health. i queried the review that was written and was told that Jane, the owner,had done a good deed to someone who had had a fantastic stay here and to allow them to have an extra few hours Jane had allowed them to move their van off a pitch and leave it on site for a couple of hours while its owners enjoyed the last few hours of their holiday.
This was explained to Mr. Cassell when he arrived and he was quite happy as the van was only going to be parked up and was not intruding on anyone’s enjoyment. 
We have been caravanners for 40 plus years but never found a more perfect and spacious site.
