A friendly welcome with the gate being opened for us immediately on arrival. That set the scene for the next three days, knowing that if we needed any assistance, it was there for the asking. Despite arriving in a storm, we were sheltered enough to make sure the motorhome wasn’t rocking too much in the wind. Some of the pitches are a little more level than others, though all will require using levelling ramps on these hard standing pitches. Nice walks to be had. Lots of livestock in this working farm, including some chickens and their chicks mooching free-range.
