Approached via a single track road this working farm is easy to find and access the CL ‘parking areas’, we arrived late on the 6th may and stayed for two nights. So first of all, would we stay again? Absolutely, this is a quiet spot and very tranquil, the firth is a matter of a hundred yds or so away with views across to Cumbria, good facilities in terms of EHU and water but couldn't find the waste water drain, which didn't matter for a two day stay. We visited Gretna Gateway for an hour or two which gets rid of the retail therapy urge and supports the local economy. As we are still in the pandemic restrictions we couldnt buy anything from the farm itself which was a shame but hey ho! Be aware local roads are single track and as can be expected can be tight when meeting tractors/wagons on the way out (or in) In summary, lovely site, and will be back!
