Beautiful Site

We highly recommend this site. One of the best we have stayed on in our 10years of belonging to the club. There is everything you would need, washing machine and tumble dryer(for a donation), loo, shower and a warm welcome. The surrounding area is mainly fields with horses in.There is a walk through the fields and down to Weymouth. The site is well maintained and you even get wifi in the price.

One f The Best

Just spent three nights at this little haven of a site. Emma and family are the perfect hosts, the site is very well maintained with short grass and no clippings underfoot. Mouse Cottage has all you need for a short or long stay. The shower, toilets and wash basins were all nice and clean, the availability of a washing machine and tumble drier could prove a blessing for the longer stayers, also available to use are a mocrowave, toaster and kettle. Information is readily available in the information room and also from Emma and family. A very warm welcome awaits you at this little gem of a CL. We will be back, again and again and ....... Thank you Emma and family for your hard work and pride in your CL, it's a winner!!!

A little gem

Just stayed for 5 nights, very peaceful and within easy use of Weymouth and the Jurassic coastline. Very warm welcome from Emma and her family, excellent facilities and the pitches were spacious. Highly recommend for both couples and families.

2 Night stay in March

Fabulous site with fantastic facilities. Very friendly, welcoming and family orientated. Lots of walking from the site and within easy access of Weymouth and surrounding area - lots to see and do. We have enjoyed a really lovely 2 night stay here. Highly recommend and I am sure we will be back. Excellent all round site. Well done Emma and Craig.

Three weeks stay in January

Stayed at Mouse Cottage in January at the coldest time,Emma and Craig have a lovely site, there are two toilets and a shower, a book exchange, washing machine, tumble dryer, information leaflets. There are horses that are stabled and let out in the fields morning and evenings, there is a flock of Ouessant Sheep which are great to watch, footpaths go through the site as does the river Wey,All sorts of wildlife are about,White Egrets,Deer etc.The pitches are on grass with plastic mesh underneath so no problem in wet weather, there are two gravel areas as well.we will go back as soon as possible.

Warm welcome awaits!

This is a well maintained site with the owner going to extra lengths to decorate the facilities block for Halloween! This is a good location to visit areas such as Dorchester, Weymouth, Bridport and the beautiful town of Lyme Regis is only 40 minutes away. The downside was that the shower water was not very hot. A good site overall.

An excellent CL

Everything about this CL is of a very good quality. This is clearly a popular site and rightly so. Despite terrible weather, the site suited our needs perfectly and we are sure to return sometime. Thank you.

A Great Site

We have just returned from four nights at Mouse Cottage, and what a wonderful site it is. We were met with a warm welcome from Emma, who was extremely helpful, showed us around, and gave us all the information we required for our stay. The site was quiet and very well kept and with perfectly clean facilities. We will definitely return this year, and Emma your Dorset Apple Cake is to die for. Thank you for a most pleasant stay.

Highly recommended

We spent a lovely few days at this well run CL site. Emma and Craig, the owners have made us very welcome and although they have only been there since late last year, they have been very busy turning what was a neglected site into this charming and relaxing CL. There is even a hard standing pitch for those who prefer it! It's only a short drive to many of Dorset's best locations, so ideal for exploring the South coast. Emma and Craig told us a little about their future plans and we look forward to seeing the changes when we return to this site, which we definitely plan to do. Thank you for the yummy cakes Emma, we couldn't resist.
