This was our first trip to Anglesey and our first CL. My wife was a bit concerned as we have only done big sites before. After this visit we are CL converts. Simply stunning location, a bit breezy but that is what you get if you want panoramic views. Showers are £1 but you get plenty of water and facilities are nice and clean We were a bit concerned about not being near the beach but nothing is far on Anglesey and in the morning we just decided if we were going N,E, S or W so actually a really good location. The Games room was a bonus for our girls (9 and 11) who rate this as their favourite site. Loved seeing the horses in the paddock opposite all day long, very friendly with lots of stroking opportunities. John is really friendly and took the time to give us some great hints on places to visit. Unfortunately did not get chance to meet Sarah on this visit. No doubt we will see her on our next visit, we will be back. Very laid back atmosphere and everyone on the site was lovely including the folks who came to help with our awning when they could see we were struggling a bit. Much more friendly than on the big sites. Thanks to John, Sarah and our fellow campers this is our favourite break yet
