Ease of arrival/welcome

Top of the world

Returning for our second visit and you never get bored of the stunning scenery and peaceful surroundings. Easy to find along a typically narrow Anglesey road with easy access onto the field, there are two fields here, one exclusively for us CMC members, each well maintained grass pitch benefits from EHU your own personal fresh water tap and grey waste drainage, basically a super pitch, then the adjoining field which can accommodate up to 10 units for none club members or overflow separated by a 4ft high wire fence in an L shape affair, the field has a slight slope but John is always on hand on arrival to help you pitch up with blocks provided, John and his wife work hard to ensure your welcome and stay is bob on. Toilet and shower facilities & a fully equipped games room in an old barn are available to guests however we use our own caravan facilities but John ensures they are kept clean daily. There’s a large adjacent field to exercise the pooch on & a paddock with horses so bring a carrot or two. This site is exposed to the elements so if your bringing the awning bring your storm ties but the pay off is the most incredible feeling of being on top of the world, 360o views from Snowdonia to the Irish Sea with the incredible breathtaking Anglesey countryside in between, at one point I could hear nothing but the wind in my ears and the sound of nature. Fully recommend this dog friendly site to families or couples, johns dog Jess often roams about the vans, slightly deaf and blind but simply too cute not to give a good hug & a doggy great to. If you have never been to Anglesey, come, it’s simply stunning with its own micro climate, incredible beaches and unspoilt coves, great dining experiences and pubs, Beaumaris and Red Wharf Bay is not too far and a great day out. Whether your into chilling with a good book and a bottle of something naughty or an active holiday with water sports galore, Anglesey has something for everyone. Enjoy!
