Great little peaceful site.

A very quiet, peaceful site. Well maintained field with water and electric hook up. Single track road leading to the site, not an issues as we never met any traffic. Walking distance to the nearby village.

Lovely spacious CL with easy access

Access is down a single track road around 200 metres , We never meet any traffic. Very friendly owners, the field is about an Acre. Good location for Thirst or Helmsley. We parked at Sutton Bank and walked park of the Cleveland Way. Saturday night we Met a lovely couple who go to the site regularly, We spent a lovely couple of hours in their caravan, Honestly the wine flowed like water, We've not been so drunk for years,Thanks for a great weekend.

Great CL

Lovely site within easy drive of Thirsk, nice spacious field with good choice of EHU. Excellent directions in handbook. The approach road is single track but this was never a problem. No problems on arrival/ leaving times . Extremely spacious field, highly recommended

Our time at Nether Park

Great site as good location with excellent views of the surrounding area. Arriving was a little difficult as the track leading up to the farm entrance is single track and the bushes either side were a little over grown so my 8ft wide van was a tight fit. Once on site no problems other than the cess pit, this was quite and experience. An excellent site in a great spot.

Just As We like it!

Although not far off the A170, this is a surprisingly peaceful site, tucked away down a tiny road with grass growing in the middle!! There is no sign for the CL at either end of the road, just at the actual site. The acre field is well maintained and is mainly hedged. There is some hardstanding, which being in a motorhome at the end of September, we took advantage off. If it had been very wet, I doubt we would have got on it as you have to drive over the field to access it. Plenty of electric points and recycling by the bins and chem disposal. The views are looking towards Whitestone Cliff, over which the local glider club fly, making for some good entertainment.Sutton Bank is very close, which we didn't actually drive over as we had no cause to travel east. There are some nearby Abbeys and Shandy Hall garden which we were too early in the dayto visit. A definite re-visit is in order!! In the evening we heard owls and watched a hare gently cropping. The owners didn't come for the rent so I had to call at the house, which is just across the road. Altogether, a very nice site.

Charming Site

Access to the site is up a narrow road and for once sat/nav took us to the exact location.  We did not see a CL sign.  The field was well maintained with electric hook ups across the field.  All pitches are well spaced out with more than enough room for an awning and still have space.  We did not hear any road noise at all.  If you come out the site and turn left there is a nice dog walk along the country lane.  At just £10 a night it is exceptional value for money.

Ideal location

We stayed on Nether Park campsite in early April.  We booked for 7 nights but stayed for 11 as it was so convenient for many places to visit.  The views from the site are lovely.  There is a little road noise during the day but not noticeable in the evenings.  The birdsong was beautiful!  Several nice pubs within easy driving distance.  Sutton Bank only 5 minutes away, Helmsley and Pickering not too far away.  A very pleasant site to stay on.
