We stayed at the beginning of July, When we arrived on site we went to the shop where we paid and got very brief directions, the site is listed as being hard standings but they aren't really, the placements were not very well marked and that resulted in having someone park within 3 metres next too us. The electric hook ups were not clearly visable. The second day we went up to the farm shop, but decide not to buy anything due to the fact that no body seemed interested in helping us, or even smiling! The grass was very long when we arrived then we came back one day and it had been cut but not picked up so we traipsed grass all in the car and caravan. The site is about a field over from the M4 so it was noisy. On the plus side, there is a pet paddock which our two children loved, especially the lovely friendly goats and sheep. It was good for access to the city centre and to local towns like Caerphilly, But too oisy for us, so we won't be visiting again.
