Not very welcoming
Have stayed a few times even through the winter, as we have family in the area. We have tried to stay more but when booking they do not seem interested in trying to accommadate us, sounding like we were a bit of a hinderence rather than a customer. Shame as the place has a lot of potential..but alas we will go where we are welcomed. Road noise from the M4 also takes a bit of getting used to.
