Excellent site

The best CL site we've been to. Beautiful views. Each pitch has its own tap and grey water and the toilets are clean. Plenty of space. Friendly owners and friendly sheep too!

Perfect

Our first visit in June and what a superb CL! Mr. and Mrs Webb welcomed us to their excellent site. Facilities were spotless and couldn’t wish for better. Will call again. Thank you.

A lovely site looking forward to a return visit

We stayed at this CL for a couple of nights over the Easter period. We found access very easy and were greeted by the owners as we drove onto the site and was told to select any available pitch. All the pitches have water, EHU and grey water waste. The pitches are fairly level and divided up by small hedging which has been put in place. Great views from the pitches both front and back. Male/Female toilets on site absolutely immaculate but no shower facilities (which didn't bother us as we use our own). There are local footpaths which are accessible nearby which was great for us with our dog. Great little farmshop on site selling all sorts of staples, milk cheese, bread, bacon etc. The only downside for us was the very noisy cockerals which were only still on site due to the Avian Birdflu lockdown but were very shortly to be moved on. The CL owners were lovely - we would definitely go back to this CL should we return to the area.

Just about as perfect as it gets.

Just stayed for 7 nights till 15th May Each pitch has a beach hedge enclosure, its own power and grey water point. More than enough room for our twin axle, awning and car. Power more than sufficient . Lots of rain whilst we were here but ground drained away well. Good dog walks from site. Each pitch is almost level. Waste disposal is clean and as nice as one can be :-) Loads of local fresh produce available, but sadly we didnt get a chance to sample as we brought it all with us. Separate gents and ladies toilet that we didnt use due to Covid, but great to have. Still close enough to Dartmoor for hardened walks. Seriously difficult to find a fault

Wonderful! ❣️

Stayed at this amazing CL yesterday. The owners were so lovely, there is a great little farm shop and you can walk into town through Shobrooke park. In the town there is a stunning church called Crediton Parish Church which has some wonderful history. We also stumbled on an awesome pub called the Three Little Pigs - shame we couldn’t have a drink inside though (because of Covid), we were told the inside is full of crazy knick-knacks from around the world! But a drink outside the pub in the square was still great ☺️ If you are exploring South Devon then we would definitely recommend this CL ❣️

Excellent Site

This site is one of the best CLs we have stayed on. Spacious pitches with water tap and Grey waste drain on each and wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Footpaths go in all directions and the site is right next to Shobrooke Park which has footpaths that allow you to walk all the way into Crediton through the park's stunning grounds and Lord's Meadow. Plenty of shops and amenities in Crediton itself. Easy access and the very proud owners keep the site really tidy. The main Crediton to Tiverton Road runs close but due to the angle between the two traffic noise is minimal. Walking and cycling around the area are a real pleasure.

Stunning Views

If your looking for peaceful and great views you will not be disappointed with this site, each pitch has its own Electric hookup, water and Grey waste points. We stayed for 2 nights 27-29 September but wished we had been there for a week, we cycled to Crediton had a meal at the three little pigs pub and the Lamb Inn at Sandford which we would highly recommend. The site is set at the top of a hill with lovely walks and cycling the owner are very friendly and helpful the site is kept to a very high standard Thank you Paul & Jane

Excellent CL

I can't fault this site. It was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful views in both directions. Great walks from the site. Friendly, helpful owners who work hard to keep a high standard. The little farm shop has excellent local produce, especially the bacon and sausages. We only stayed for 2 days but wished we had booked for longer. Very good value.

Stunning views - and so much more

Set at the top of a hill, the views to the front and rear of the site are beautiful and far-ranging. The pitches themselves are neatly mown & have an individual fresh water tap and grey water drain. His & hers toilets were available for use & always very clean. We woke every day to the sounds of the farm cockerels & local wild birds, with tawny owls sending us to sleep at night. Traffic noise was minimal. The owners are very friendly & helpful - often busy around the farm & happy for a chat, but not intrusive if you want to keep yourselves to yourselves. Lovely walks direct from the site, or Exmoor/Dartmoor aren't too far to drive if you want something more dramatic. Recommend leaving the car at Crediton station & catching the train to Exeter - free parking, good value fares and quicker than driving. Large Tesco store on the outskirts of Crediton, or smaller local shops in town or in Tiverton. Then there's the farm shop attached to the site - lovely fresh eggs & much more. All this for £12 per night, what more could you ask for?

Such a lovely site

This is a lovely site with very welcoming friendly hosts. The pitches are beautifully kept with plenty of space, well mown grass, electricity, water, and hedges in between. There is a useful little farm shop selling local produce including delicious ice cream. The views from the site are fantastic and the little toilet block is kept spotlessly clean.
