This site is never 1 acre barely 1/4 acre the site is triangular and uneven. There is hard standing but more by chance than planned. The toilets are quite a walk away and you wouldnt want to go at night. However if you can avoid your neighbours windows the out look is great, stunning views and animals although sited on a childrens petting farm this no way intrudes on the caravaners
