We love to be in quiet CL sites and none gets better than here at Northfield. A long journey from Yorkshire and a lovely welcome from Rosie and Merlin. How nice to be able to choose our spot to park up. Loads of space and love the intermitant trees for privacy. Perfect. Out of the way but still close to Oxford and local places of interest. The park and ride is close and recommeded for a trip into Oxford. We came down for The Countryfile live at Blenheim Palace. Peace, space, privacy, the river, wildlife and other like minded people made this a great place to be. The nearby trainline didn't worry us in the slightest. Maybe we felt a little smug that we were enjoying our break while others were commuting!!! A hidden gem. Thank you.
