Stayed for a couple of days in July, huge field plenty of options and many fresh water taps dotted around the site. I primarily visited for a spot of fishing but disappointingly there were no prepared swims along the river bank so I had to 'create' my own swim. However, once prepared the fishing was excellent with good quality Roach, Chub and Perch. The new railway line and trains are so quite you'll never know they were there. Lots of wildlife including Red Kites, Buzzards,Kingfishers, Reed Warblers, Long Tailed Tits etc, etc. This is a site I would certainly return to.
