Excellent well kept site with access to major motorways

This is a delightful site with an enlarged gravel area (2019). The lawn is always well kept with grass cuttings removed! It is sheltered by trees on two sides. We use it every year.

nice clean site

cl easy located and far enough off the main road to be peaceful, grass well mowed and plenty of hook ups scattered around, recycling on site, would return again if in the area.

bank holiday away

Nice site, 6 amps at hookups, toilet is really only an outhouse with a toilet but no sink, so be prepared, although this wasn't a problem for us. Easy access from M55, about 20 Mins from M6 so an ideal stopover if heading north or south, a Single track road for about 1/2 mile from main road but easy enough. Peaceful surroundings. Visited Beacon Fell country park about 25-30 minutes drive would recommend, although we didn't need it there are disabled buggy trails, sign posted if you turn off Jnct1 of M55 and head to Garstang. Went to Bispham beach as this was dog friendly about 20 mins drive, which is a nice flat walk if you struggle walking.

Value for money

Really enjoyed our stay on this lovely farm, new to camping and cl's and will certainly return. Follow book instructions to get there.

A hidden gem

This is a lovely CL very quiet and tranquil, the field is great and feels lovely underfoot. There are a few sheep and hens but do not spoil the peace and quiet here. Close to Fleetwood, Blackpool and Lytham St Annes. A really great site and very secure. We will be returning again :)

Great CL

We stayed on this lovely CL for 14 days after picking up our, new to us Caravan from Campbell's. It gave us the opportunity to sort our selves out. Jim and Anne were most helpful and they really do keep the CL in good condition. We will certainly be back. Tony & Trish

Oak Farm Kirkham

Our first visit to this lovely site was the weekend of Princess Diana's funeral. It is our very favourite CL and we have visited many times every year since then including weekends and weeks away. We have always received a very warm welcome from Jim and Anne and their family. The grassed area is kept in excellent condition and always looks lovely when we arrive. If you like free range eggs there are always a few available. Whoever visits this site will not be disappointed.
