Our first stay at Oak farm and we were not disappointed in any way - Kevin is a caring and welcoming owner who clearly takes a real pride in the site, but is not in any way intrusive.

Site is beautifully kept, with five nice pitches, all with an open outlook across fields (depending which way you park, but that's up to you) and a very nice large new shed out of the way which houses lots of local information and an immaculate separate toilet within it with washbasin, soap and towel. Next to this is the service area, with toilet emptying, rubbish bins etc., all nicely screened and away from the pitches.

Kevin has no objection at all to draining grey water directly into the hedge behind the pitches, so bring a length of waste pipe, which will save emptying a waste tank.

The village is about four miles south of Holt and the site situated well off the main road on a very quiet lane. Anyone interested in astronomy will love it here as beautiful dark skies with 360 degree unobstructed views. It goes without saying that you cannot hear a pin drop at night.

North Norfolk is full of interesting places to visit, all within easy reach of the site.

Cannot commend this lovely CL highly enough. Will definitely return.
