Site in a quiet location with plenty of birdlife around. Owner very welcoming. However, facilities were barely adequate and not very clean, damaged tiles etc.  The worst observation was the open pendant light bulb, dangling directly above the shower, which is in contravention of electrical regs,,as far as I know(needs a fully waterproof light in that location. Also, access to electrical hook up not easy because of location of abandoned chest freezer and washing machine. The latter, a small issue, but easily solved by owner. A small amount of work and some attention to detail would make this site so much better.
