Excellent site - immaculate facilities, large neatly maintained pitches

Wanted to visit this site for a while as I haven’t been since I was knee high to a grasshopper! It did not disappoint and delighted to have rediscovered it. Liaised with Wendy and Chris when booking and Chris greeted us on arrival (friendly hosts) - pitch 5 was ideal for us - easy access for a morning walk up the lane with the dog. Pitches are huge, neatly mowed and ours was quite private due to well established hedges - the trees around the site really enhanced the overall feel of the site. Also if you like the big skies of rural Lincolnshire we were fortunate to get a clear evening with lack of light pollution making the sky look like a carpet of stars. Wonderful rural site and wish I could have stayed longer . Thanks for a lovely 24hrs - hope to visit again before the end of the season. Sharon

Excellent Peaceful Site

An absolutely beautiful site and so peaceful. We stayed there over the early May Bank Holiday Chris was there when we arrive to help guide this very novice tower into the site and as we pulled in we were impressed by the site with wide open pitches and nearly trimmed hedges We chose the pitch from a choice of 8 or so as there was only one other caravan there and there was only ever 4 vans for the complete weekend All the facilities on the site were excellent, from the well organized waste facilities to the spotlessly clean toilet and showers Wifi was sporadic , which is a good thing as I wanted to get away from technology for a few days The site is ideally place for Skeggy and Ingomells to the south and Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe to the North. there are numerous superb beaches nearby where you feel am million miles away from the afore mentioned resort . The donkey sanctuary is also a must see Chris keeps a few goats and chickens and the eggs he sells are fantastic. Ive never seen yolks so yellow, nearly orange An excellent site and Chris & Wendy are very friendly and helpful We will certainly return . Kev, Jo, Jan and the dogs Flora & Ziza

Lovely site

Lovely CL site which was easy to find. Friendly hosts. Large spacious pitches. Nice clean facilities. Perfect for a half term break with the grandkids as close to beach. Grandkids enjoyed visiting the resident goats and chickens :-)

fab site

just returned from olcote farm our first caravan trip after lockdown, well what can we say just loved it, large pitches peace and quite lovely owners try they duck eggs lovely, took our 2 dogs great walks from site down quite cycle lanes and just a few minutes by car to huttoft beach dog friendly where they can run, stayed for 6 nights but could have stayed longer, this is a site where you will keep coming back to again and again, hope to see you soon

Just Perfect

This is a beautiful CL site with absolutely loads of space. The owners Chris and Wendy are very welcoming and it is obvious they take great pride in their very well maintained site. Pitches are grass, really large and have electric hook ups. There are two toilets and a shower which were kept very clean and they have a good recycling area for bottles, cans etc. They have two lovely goats and some chickens. There is a long sandy beach just down the road about 5 mins away and there is free parking directly at the beach. ( Huttoft car terrace ) Entrance to the site is straight forward and we encountered no issues during our stay. We only stayed 3 nights on this visit but we will certainly be returning. Cannot rate this site highly enough, keep up the excellent work. and hope to see you again soon.

A little piece of Heaven!

We were originally booked for 6 nights but within around 10 minutes of settling in we increased our stay by another 2 nights!! Cannot recommend this place highly enough!! We were greeted by the lovely Wendy who was so friendly and welcoming. Both Wendy and Chris are such a lovely couple and made our stay very restful. You could clearly tell that they take pride in their business and home. It was so lovely to be on a site where the pitches were so big that when we were next to someone they were a good distance away from us The grass area is so well maintained and also the toilet block area. We were not far from the A52 but yet you couldn’t hear the road noise. Our daughter loved to feed the resident 2 goats and chickens. Farmer Browns dairy around the corner from our site sell the best ice cream which is home made and very tasty!! We love this place so much we cannot wait to go back. Thank you Wendy and Chris for lovely stay that we had. See you soon!!

Lovely welcoming site

Found this site by accident last time we stayed in the area, lucky enough to get a pitch in half term week to take our granddaughter for a short stay. Chris and Wendy offer a warm welcome, lovely roomy pitches and fresh eggs from their chickens. We cannot wait to return.

Ideal site for us

Everything we like in a site. Large well kept field, well spread out hook ups, surrounded by trees and hedges and full of wild life. The toilets were spacious and clean. The owners were friendly and helpful. Ideal for our little dog as only a couple of miles from Huttoft Car Terrace where the beach is ideal for dog walking. Farmer Browns is just round the corner and their ice cream is to die for. Although we only stayed 2 nights we will definitely be back next year for a few more weekends.

Wonderful site

Very easy access, 9 spacious pitches to choose from but only 5 used so plenty of choice, very pleasant owners not to intrusive, try the free range chicken eggs huge and tasty, so good we stayed a extra two nights, highly recommended hope to return again, many thanks Mike & Sue Easter 2017
