Overnight stop
We stayed overnight on a journey south so not able to comment about the surrounding area.
The site has good access from a country lane. It has several gravel hardstanding pitches in a slightly sloping orchard. Electric and water easily accessible.
Owners were amenable and welcoming and our neighbours, 2 donkeys and a horse, were lovely!
The site is very handy for a stopover being close to the M1 but if I wanted to visit this area for any length of time I would happily use this site again. The lane was quiet enough to walk the dogs with wide verges.
