In reply to your comments in this review, I hadn't had a bad day untill you arrived asking for a reduction in your site fee because the shower was closed because of the risk of Covid contamination. Even though you were told this at the time of booking, you still chose to book 3 nights with us, then also as well as asking for the reduction you refused to pay for 3 nights as you may not stay the 3rd night depending on the weather, hence the rather cool reception that you experienced.

As for loo rolls, also because of cross contamination we do not put them into the toilet as it is impossible to sanitise them and most people are happy to use their own knowing that they have not been contaminated by others.

We are doing our very best in this difficult time to keep everyone safe and I find your review very upsetting.
