A warm welcome awaits you.

This was our first visit to this site. The site is very well laid out with large pitches which have water at the side of the van. The grass is kept short and well looked after. The owners are very helpful and friiendy and welcomed us on arrival. For dog owners there is a large field on site with views over the local countryside. We really enjoyed our stay here and it would be our first choice when visiting this area again.

Great site.

Nicely arranged site, part sloping. Lawned grass, site kept very clean, hedges trimmed, etc, waste disposal nicely tucked out of the way. Can't fault owners, just right level of checking all ok without being intrusive. Good value for money pitch fees. Very flexible on departure time. All pitches have their own water tap each with own 'hozelock' connector already fitted - nice thought. Ehu's within easy reach of each pitch. Slight noise from adjacent road & nearby amateur air field, not intrusive though. Site easily accessed from Perrinporth/St Agnes road. Great location for beaches, visiting the rich mining heritage, etc. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect!

We stayed here for 4 nights and wished we had booked for longer.  It is a very relaxing CL with quite a unique feel to it.  The site itself is spacious yet feels cosy with pitches well laid out with electrics and water at each. The site is very well maintained, access easy and the owners very hospitable to us and our dog.  It is a great location for walking the coastal path to St Agnes, Perranporth, Chapel Porth and Porthtown.  A lovely area to explore, lots to see and a great CL to stay on.

Top CL

We stayed on this wonderful cl last year and in our review rated it as the best we have stayed on - we have just returned from another week on this site and am delighted to say things are just as good. The owners are terrific, helpful and welcoming, the site itself is kept immaculate and with the added bonus of water and hook ups on each pitch is magic for us grey haired caravanners! A stunning area to visit and one well worth revisiting.

This Brilliant little Cl in Cornwall (Perranporth)

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this wonderful Cl site and every time Mike and Anna Parris make us very welcome. It is a wonderfully quite and peaceful site. We make the 180 mile journey in our Hymer motor home and once we are pitched and set up, we don’t have to move the motor home it until its time to go home. The CL has hook ups and water points on every pitch. There is a fenced off pond with ducks and Moor-hens they also have ponies and chickens in a field just passed the chemical point. If like us you have your bus passes (which you can use after 9.30am)The buses stop outside of the gate you just need to put your hand out and be aware of the Bus (547) timetable, which will take you through Perranporth to Newquay, where you can catch other buses to go further afield across Cornwall. If you cross the road and put your hand out you can catch the bus going the other way, which goes to Truro. Later in the year there is a daily bus that will take you all the way along the coast to St Ives and back. So after staying here four times over the last four years, I would definitely recommend this site.

One of the best CL's

What a wonderful little gem this is. We have just stayed here for the one night but will most definitely be returning when the weather picks up. Lovely people and a lovely site. Thank you

Stunning Site!

Not managed to stay at this site recently due to it being fully booked... and for good reason!  The site is beautifully maintained, manicured lawns, large level pitches with own water supply and sheltered from noise and wind by hedges all round.  Area to exercise the dog in nearby fields and let kids ride bikes / play football or cricket away from caravans.  Surrounding area is stunning with plenty to do

great CL

Just returned from 3 nights on this CL. Beautifully mown field with a tap for each pitch. Plenty of space. The site is halfway between Perranporth and St Agnes. The bus stops right outside the gate. You can hear a little road noise but it is not a busy road and was quiet at night. The owners were very helpful and we would definitely return if in this area again. We ate at No. 4 in St Agnes which was excellent and is highly recommended, 1 starter, 2 mains ,1 sweet and a bottle of wine £60. We also ate at the Miners Arms in Mithian not recommended as it was cold, unfriendly and the food was very average. 2 mains, 2 pints and a cider £38. We felt No 4 was much better value.

Polgarth Farm is what a CL should be

We have just returned from a very pleasant week spent on this delightful CL with our caravan. We think that this is one of the best CL's we have had the pleasure to stay on in our many years of caravanning. Well kept - almost manicured field, water points on every pitch, friendly and helpful owners and well placed for visiting many of the local places of interest both near and far. Would highly recommend a visit.

Cornwall roaming

As new motor home owners we booked site as it appealed to all our needs and were not disappointed. The owners were very welcoming and with a dog friendly attitude we look forward to a return visit again.
