happy site

We are fairly new to using CL's but this one is a little gem. We spent a week in mid July there, as a base for roaming about the Spurn Point and coastal townships. Although the site is compact it is beautifly kept and the owners always had a smile on their faces . On the outskirts of Local village Burton Pirsea which has all your usual food & fuel requirements , available 7 days a week.

Perfect

Just returned from a 3 night stay at this lovely CL. We needed somewhere local for a family get together, and could not have chosen a better location. Welcome on arrival was really friendly - facilities are very nice (shower and Wc) Pitches generally level with close cut grass . Very handy for the East Coast. The village has 2 pubs petrol station with small supermarket and a post office. In total our group consisted of 4 units with 16 people including children and teenagers - everyone had a fantastic time - if you are looking for a CL within easy reach of The East coast look. No further..........

A very pleasant surprise !

We arrived here with some trepidation as it appeared to be a little cramped for our large outfit.However we were soon happily parked up in a spacious spot.The owners had anticipated our needs in advance of our arrival.Very helpful and professional.The amenities were very good and we enjoyed lovely hot showers.The dogs soon settled and we walked them along some pretty lanes.My car had to have some work and Dorothy was very helpful when we had to extend our stay.We would recommend this haven to all and this is borne out by the amount of people who return year after year.Quiet and easy reach of many places.Very reasonable charges too.

A lovely surprise!

We phoned this CL at the last minute and booked a pitch for the night. What a lovely site this is. A warm welcome, very well maintained, clean and tidy, and all the facilities you could wish for from a CL. Will certainly stay here again if we`re in the area.

Easter 2014

We stasyed here for 9 days over Easter. We have never used a CL before either perferring full facilities. However no suiatble sites are available in this area. Well we were more than surprised at the site, very clean and well presented with friendly owners. We has a choice of pitches but all would have been fine anyway. The location is virtually halfway between Hull and Withernsea which suited us perfectly. I shall definitely be useing this site again we we visit the area next. I shall also be using CLs again if this is what we an expect. A lovely break in a lovely location - thank you!
