No one has yet mentioned the wifi facility which is advertised but NOT AVAILABLE! Other comments by others are valid - this is not a peaceful site & the paintballers are a pain (very noisy people!). I think the price is too high (we stay on many CLs so I think we can judge. However the location (being close to Southend) is great and ultimately why we may return.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed your time in the area. We regret to hear, however, that you found the paintballers in the area a nuisance. We have discussed this with the paintballing staff and it has been agreed that the CL grounds are out of bounds to paintballers and that the games entrance area should be staffed at all times, as previously instructed.
