Good Spot to Explore Coast and Country

Stayed here for 8 nights in February. Peaceful - no light pollution - enjoyed the night sky. Fully agree with other reviewers regarding facilities - but must add - the shower room was fully heated - it was really lovely and warm - so excellent for winter touring. The pitches are large - lots of space - nicely grassed/lawned area enclosed by a hedge. I had a small dog with me - Paul permitted me to walk on the field boundaries / tracks - and at the top of the field was a lane. I found a 40 minute circular stroll which was perfect for an early morning walk. Stunning sunrises. There was also an uncultivated area of rough grass where we could have played ball if desired. You can also walk along the village lane - local dog walkers had torches after dark - as no street lighting. I found this location great for exploring the coast and inland. There's a Tesco's at Aylsham about 5 miles away - good local pubs/nice food. I would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.
