Quiet, great views, ( sea, Whitby and Abbey, hills, valleys) well maintained, clean. Spotless. 30 minute casual stroll to Whitby via Abbey and 199 steps. Public footpath over the road that leads to cliffs for a more scenic route to Whitby. (Views are fantastic. Walked cliff top route every day). Public footpath at edge of site is shortcut to Aldi, B&M's & Sainsburys. (15-20 mins). We preferred to walked into Whitby and catch bus back. Bus stops at Station House which is 15-20 minutes casual stroll from site. ( bus every 30 mins) We would have liked to extend our stay but they were fully booked up from Wednesday. Can't wait to go back. I'm picturing us sat outside the motorhome just looking down on the Abbey and Whitby chilling. See you soon Jo n Stu.
