Just back from our first visit… not local for us as we are Essex based… but can’t wait to return. We were on pitch 3 and sat eating our breakfast looking across to the Abbey. Communication with the host Jo was perfect and she was so welcoming upon arrival. The facilities are pristine … you could eat out of the chemical loo point … clearly not advisable but you get what I mean 🤪. The walk to Abbey is 30 mins at slow pace along the road and we had fish and chips from the Magpie Cafe in the harbour … Definitely the best fish and chips we have ever eaten … Tempted to give a shocking review just to keep it to ourselves 😜
