Not so quiet
This is a well maintained site in a pleasant location. The down side is traffic noise with quite a busy road near the site entrance and a track running at the rear of the of the pitches which seems to have an unreasonable amount of fast traffic.
The other downside is not the increase in site fees, but being told that if you use more electricity than the site owner thinks you should you will be charged more at the end of your stay.
