We stayed in our motor home for 3 nights. Beautiful elevated location looking out to
Glastonbury Tor on one side and
Wells Cathedral the other direction.
Very peaceful location.
Grassed pitch. With a good recycling area.
We were able to walk across the fields down into Wells, about 30 minute walk.
Then a lovely easy cycle over to Glastonbury.
Ideal location to drive over to Cheddar Gorge.
Nina was very welcoming and helpful.
Looking forward to returning.
Primrose Park is a cosy site with stunning views over Wells make the site special & peaceful
Primrose Park is a cosy site with campervan amenities including a great recycling area. The stunning views over Wells make the site special and peaceful, away from any busy traffic noise. I had a lovely stay and really enjoyed walking into the town through the fields as instructed by the thoughtful map made by the host. Thanks for my stay, Hayley

What a beautiful place
What a a beautiful place, we stayed for 2 nights. The view was outstanding we had a view from the right looking out to Wells then on the left it was Glastonbury Tor. Wells was 1 mile away which you can walk into. We will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

Pretty site
A lovely quiet cl, about 40mins walk along the road into Wells or through Woodford farm entrance. Very secure. Site set in beautiful countryside, owners are very helpful.
Lovely Stay
We had a lovely stay over the Easter period at Primrose Caravan Park, lovely views over looking Wells and the Mendips in one direction and Glastonbury Tor in the other. Quite close to Wells with a 30 minute pleasant and easy walk in or a cycle ride in that takes about 20 minutes via a cycle path. Site is lovely and quiet, water point and amenities close to pitches. Owner Nina very welcoming. Will come back and stay again.

Beautiful location
Stayed here from 8 to 12 September 21, we were greeted by Nina who gave us a map and told us what was around the area. Lovely and very quiet site, with beautiful views overlooking Wells Town.
Would recommend this cl site, and would definitely return .
Clean and tidy site
A very clean and tidy site, owners very pleasant. But be aware of narrow entrance off a narrow lane if you have a wide or long outfit.
Charming CL site
I recently had 3 nights staying on this beautiful CL site with our small motorhome. Communication with the site owner (Nina) was excellent and their own web site provided lots of additional information. Access was easy and Nina was there to welcome me with a pack of information and to show me my grass pitch. A small very neat service area provides all the re-cycling and facilities needed and I had the benefit of electric hook-up. The site is rural and on a hill overlooking Wells (about 1.5 miles away) and is close to the National Cycle Route 3, so I would strongly recommend taking bikes as both Wells and Glastonbury are in easy reach - and yes you can see Glastonbury Tor from the site. I chose to catch the local bus into Glastonbury, regular services run along the A39 which is only about 6 to 10 minutes walk from the site and there is even a small garden centre close by. Overall I would highly recommend this quite CL site. If you don't mind putting on your walking shoes and/or getting on your bike there is no need to move the van! A large Morrisons is also in easy reach should you need to stock up.
Highly recommended
A well run site with views over Wells and Glastonbury Tor, as described. Large grass pitches with the minimum of levelling required. Very quiet and great for wildlife: we too spotted a hare and a pair of little owls. Owner welcoming and helpful. Entrance a tad tight for a caravan, but would highly recommend.
