This wonderful site has been created with care, thought, in sympathy with the surroundings and with the needs of the guest in mind. If you follow the directions, which are very clear, it is easy to find from the A39. The location makes it perfect for the attractions in the area. I stayed during the build up for the Glastonbury festival which could be just seen twinkling in the very far distance. Having said that, the views from every aspect are stunning. The site is quiet with only an occasional passing car. There is certainly no background road noise and the birds are to be clearly heard all around. Nina is friendly, welcoming and efficient. Every aspect of my booking was quick and easy with no complications or drama. In short, for a base to explore out from or as a quiet retreat from the world, you would search a long time to find somewhere of the same high standard. I will certainly be back.
