It is generally very peaceful and quiet at Puddle Cottage as expressed by the many reviews. I am very sorry to read that your stay this time was spoilt by noisy neighbours.

They are the same neighbours as have always been there. It is unusual and rare for the neighbours to make any noise and out of my control as you stated.  

I can recall the time in question which was a one off party/barbecue. I think they did play music one afternoon for a short period to try out the sound system for later and then the party in the evening. I didn’t pass on the complaints you made at the time to the neighbours as it is happens so infrequently.
