We have just returned from a one night stay with our friends at this lovely little site ! We arrived in the afternoon and got set up for our stay .it’s a lovely site with a pretty fishing lake . Lovely surrounding and very easy to get to from the motorway. We walked to the nearest pub The New hall tavern which was about a 15 minute walk down a fast moving road but not a problem. Food is proper pub grub, reasonable price and tasty ! The landlady and staff are lovely! We returned to the site and had a lovely night! The site has a shed building that has a toilet and sink. There is fresh water and electric hook up! In the morning we met the lovely lady who owns the site ! Overall a lovely little site . A little noise from the surrounding roads but it didn’t bother us at all as once inside your van you can’t hear it anyway!10 mins drive from Hoghton Tower and Hoghton Bottoms which is a lovely walk with waterfalls! We would all definitely stay here again!
