beautiful site

We arrived at this site, access perfect after instructions from owner. What a beautifully well kept site, facilities if you want them, tranquility if you don’t. We had an issue with our van, the owner was completely understanding despite the fact that our van was left stranded over two pitches. This place is amazing, free Wi-Fi to cover any shortfall in phone signal. Definitely rate this as one of the best we have ever stayed at. Owners lovely, can’t thank them enough.

Lovely CL excellent value

Visited early May bank holiday 2023, lovely CL, Location and owners offering excellent value. Only gripe would be pitches are a bit close together, but are very deep with picnic tables, electric, water and waste on each one.

Beautiful CL site

This is a beautifully kept CL site, fully serviced hard standing pitches, each with a hedged seating area with picnic table and sun shade. The dog walk is large and enclosed, safe to let your dog have an off the lead run. The welcome we received from Dewi and Liz was very warm, both on arrival and during our 2 week stay. The site is ideally sited for local beaches and attractions. After staying for two weeks, we are totally happy with the site and our welcome, so much so we have already booked for our main trip next year.

Very nice

Just got back from a 28 day stay,all pitches are fully serviced pitches.This year there is a washing machine available,which I found very handy.Liz and Dewie are always about ,and keep the place clean and tidy,liz even brought me some tomatoes.ive already booked my stay for next year,so that says it all.I would always recommend this site.

Disappointing

This has the makings of a peaceful site as the Owners have invested their time and money in making each pitch fully serviced and decorative with picnic benches and a sun brolly at each. The site is advertised as a 5 van CL but had 7 vans by the middle of our week As the pitches are quite smaller than we usually experience. This made the site very crowded. The site doesn't have a designated dog walk area and another holidaying couple tied their dog up in the picnic area and allowed it to defecate and urinate freely. For the above reasons we will not be returning to this site but anyone who dares it is located for most of the islands scenic walks and days out .But so are many other sites that don't flaunt the club rules..

Our second visit to this great Site

In June we had 18 nights at this wonderfully run CL, our second visit after 8 nights last year.(very remiss of me as I didn't write a review last time). A warm welcome again from Lis and Dewi who make sure that everything looks immaculate on the site and that the toilet and shower facilities are kept spotless. Grass cut short and with flower tubs placed around the site it looks and feels very relaxing. Owners regularly pop down to the site to check things over and meet the new arrivals and spend time chatting to one and all. We had hoped to return August 2022 but they are fully booked, a clear sign of how popular this site is, a well deserved recognition of the work they put in to make everyone welcome. A washing machine has just been plumbed in a little shed to the side of the toilet and shower building, a welcome addition for those staying for an extended break. Will definitely be returning in 2023.

Beautiful , well kept site

Our first time on Anglesea. We were lucky to have chosen a beautiful site to stay on. 5 hard standing pitches 1 grass. All with their own water and waste water supply. .I must say it was lovely to not have to keep going for water. Each had their own electric supply.. Very large toilet and shower. Kept very clean. £1 for shower and I just managed shower and long hair wash. just. Liz was on site when we arrived she said park where you like facing which way we wanted. We found her very friendly and helpful. Not a big site but each. Unit had its own space with picnic table and brolly, solar lights . Easy to enter and leave. We approached the site the wrong way and although a narrow lane. In our 16 night stay only met 2 cars on lane. . Ideally situated to visit many sites. Hollyhead.and Stack lighthouse. RAF Valley. Where you can almost touch the jets training. Beau Marais jail. And courthouse. Also the castle . The station with the longest name . Ancient monuments dating back to 4000BC at Bryn celli ddu . Also. Lligwy Chapel . Din lligwy settlement. We would. Highly recommend this site. £18 A night , which in today's climate and with all facilities very reasonable P.S. our dog was very welcome too

Gem of a site

We have just visited Anglesey for the first time and chose this little CL site because of the reviews. We received a very warm welcome from Liz who popped down to see if everything was ok and to lend us a hose because someone had taken it out and left it behind!! Beautiful location surrounded by fields where we were lucky enough to see Buzzards and rabbits. Very short drive to the beaches which offer ample parking and stunning views. Phone signal was a bit hit and miss for us but the onsite wifi worked well. All hardstanding pitches with plenty of space for caravan and awning, A small block with individual shower and WC which were kept clean and checked daily. Will certainly be back again.

A little gem

We have had three nights at Rhosydd and it was the nicest CL we have stayed on. The pitches are nicely spaced and the site is clean and beautifully landscaped. The pitches are effectively fully-serviced pitches with their own EHU, tap and grey waste drain. They also have their own picnic table although it was a bitt oo chilly for us to take advantage! Even the benefit of very good wifi. There is a toilet and shower room which, although we didn't use, looked spotlessly clean. The location was just what we wanted - peaceful and quiet. We always park up and then use our bikes to get around. There are no facilities (pub, shop, etc) within easy walking distance but all were available a short cycle or drive away. We had excellent days out exploring the north-east corner of Anglesey - Parys Mountain, Amlwch, Point Lynas, Benllech, Moelfre and Red Wharf Bay. We will definitely return.

Outstanding CL site

We booked this site back in October 2020 after seeing the site pictures and reading the reviews believe me it was worth the wait. We have just come back from a week stay and the site is immaculate, the pitches are spacious, each with it's own seating area, water supply, drainage and EHU.... super pitch , without super pitch prices!!! The toilet and shower block were immaculate and cleaned and stocked up several times per day. Liz and Dewi were great site wardens and visited the site throughout the day, making sure things were okay or just popping on to say hello. Then there's Anglesey itself, what a great part of the world to visit. Everything on the island is within a 45min (or less) drive and there are some beautiful places / coves to see. We enjoyed it so much, we've already booked to go back next year.
