This is a non facilities site but does have water, EHU and waste facilities. No WiFi available at the site but good EE signal so tethering not a problem. Radio reception was good but can’t comment about TV. Arrival at, and entrance, into the site is very easy although I suspect any MH arriving after the 12 hours of rain last Sunday would have struggled to get up the hill. The site does not have any hard standings. Holt is 15 minute walk away but beware the first 300/400 yards from the cottage entrance has no footpath, not too bad during the day but I definitely wouldn’t walk during the hours of darkness. Lots to do in the area with all of North Norfolk bird reserves, great sandy beaches, National Trust properties, North Norfolk Railway etc. Nearest supermarket is Budgens in Holt or alternatively Tesco in Sheringham. If there is a downside to Rose Cottage I think for a non facilities CL it is overpriced compared to my full facilities favourite in South Creake
