Well what can I add. Just returned home from a very warm 20 nights on this fantastic CL. We have been visiting for I dunno 4/5/6/years & every time we go it just gets better. The farm drive is now a nice smooth drive complete with security gate. Only complaint is the weather it's toooo warm, I don't do hot weather. Mrs Simkins is a lovely lady, as is Ben the son & Ann the daughter. We always manage to drop on our little corner, but no matter the site is well spaced, short grass, electric, water & emptying point all handy & clean. What more can I say, looking forward to next year.  Rating from me now 5 stars.
