Stumbled upon this site when visiting Loughborough. Just pitched up and found the friendly owner the next day to pay - no hassle. Nicely cut, tidy level field with EHU and a couple of water points and nice clean proper Elsan disposal. Lovely view of cows in field. B road adjacent to site, you could hear traffic but it wasnt too busy at the weekend when we stayed and didnt spoil our visit, it felt peaceful and rural, as we enjoyed watching the cows. Cycled into Barrow, left the bikes in the high street and walked along the river/canal into Loughborough. Nice walk and the following day walked the opposite direction Mountsorrel and Quorn. All very nice. Would stay again.
