Stayed here for 3 nights to visit our family in Loughborough. We looked at another site that is about a mile away....suffice to say we will use Ryecroft Farm again rather than the alternative! There is a road behind but to be honest we easily switched off and it did not disturb our sleep at all. Easily got through the metal gate with our 7.26 van. The location is perfect - less than 10 mins from town center and the site itself is nice. Its basic - a small field with a lovely view. Water and electricity and usual waste point and toilet emptying facility. Clean too. It's grass but we didn't have a problem with rain/water and its slightly sloping so water will drain away. If there was an issue owner said he would tow us off anyway. Owners very pleasant and accommodating. When we visit the area again we will stay here.
