Great location

Stayed here in April, great CL, caravans were spaced far apart. Very nice clean toilet and shower facilities. A warm welcome from Mrs Wellock who let us know what was around the area of interest. Situated in a great location with some lovely villages to visit. Peaceful site with only the sound of the birds and the lambs. Would definitely return

Luxury CL

Lots of space, quiet and great location. Excellent showers/toilets were an added bonus.

So peaceful

If it's peace and quiet you seek with nice clean toilets and showers then look no further, the sheep and birds are about the only noise you will hear on this site, yes it is a working farm but there is very little noise from that ,its lovely to sit and watch the cows come and go to and from the milking parlour .So much to see and do in surrounding area Malham Cove is a must and if you are able climb the 400 steps to the top and see the limestone pavements it's well worth the effort got any energy left then carry on to Gordale Scar then back by Janets Foss FANTASTIC! All being well we shall be back at Seat House again in the not too distant future.

Wow!

We stayed here recently on our way to Hawes. This site is a short drive from Skipton and is so peaceful - the only sounds you can hear are the sheep in the day and the owls hooting at night - oh and two hedgehogs visiting each evening! The pitches are very generous and the showers/toilets are immaculate. In fact, the whole site is immaculate and a credit to the owners. Local information is available in a folder on request when you check in. We will return when we next visit Yorkshire. Until then, thank you for such a lovely stay.

Hidden gem

This is our favourite site, we try to visit once a year wish we could go more often Great welcome, clear signs where to go and the pitches are all a good size with plenty of room to spread out. This is a lovely peaceful site on a working dairy farm. I love watching the cows and sheep. The toilets and showers are excellent, clean and a good powerful shower always plenty of hot water. Brian and Cath are a fantastic couple, friendly, always there for you. Just voted this our CL of the year, best of luck you deserve to win. Bernie and Chris Barwise

A brilliant Farm CL

This is an excellent CL. If all CLs were this good the Club would not need to have their own Sites!!!! The site is owned and run by two excellent owners. The toilets and showers were regularly checked by Mrs Kellock and Mr Kellock cut the grass regularly. Each hardstanding pitch has its own picnic table and benches. Ours looke brand new!!!!

One of the best CL's in 20 years caravanning

Our first visit to this site. Good directions, warm welcome, we were shown all facilities which were excellent, always plenty of hot water in the showers. All hardstanding mostly level pitches. Grass kept short and cuttings collected so not treading grass into the caravans. Surrounded by lovely views and country life. We can't wait to revisit.

lovely CL

Can't praise this CL enough. Easy to find immaculate facilities. . The pitches are very well spaced apart and all had a bench and table if you wanted to sit outside. There was a large sign on entry that directed you to your field and then we wearable to choose out pitch. The toilets and showers were clean even though it was full and the showers were powerful and hot. All in all a great couple of nights.

Amazing CL!

This CL is in a class of its own! The ease of access was fine although we did have a slight issue due to a road closure, however Brian and Kath kept in touch by phone and all was well. We were amazed at the space of this CL and the lovely shower/toilet block. It is well located for visiting the whole area and we would certainly use it again. There is also self catering accommodation available so this is another great option if you wish to bring friends/family with you. On a final note it was lovely to have a wooden picnic table/seats available on each pitch - its small touches like this that make all the difference. Better than some Club Sites we have used!

1st stay June/July 2017

The site is immaculate with level hardstanding and surrounding grass like a lawn. The shower and toilet are clean and the welcome given by the owners was lovely. It would have been nice to have mobile phone and TV reception but the benefits of this site outweigh these disadvantages. Thankyou Mr & Mrs Wellock. John & June.
