We stayed for a long weekend at the end of October/early Nov. In common with many older folk we are staying on CLs rather late in the year using our Covid secure accommodation. The hard standings are fully serviced and the larger ones particulalry useful for keeping footwear clean. The site is on a bit of a slope and was somewhat chewed up by people staying late in the season like us! But the hard standings themselves are nice and level The owner Michael was very welcoming and is intending to lay some matting to aid access to the hard standings. He was very helpful when we needed to be flexible over departure date. We did get a little disturbed by some Stansted (we assume) night flights but it wasn't a major problem. Toilets and wifi in the barn kitchen really useful too.
