A wonderful site

We aren't usually bothered about having electricity, but this site was exactly where we wanted to go. What is lovely is that there are no regimented rows or hardstandings. You can pitch where you want, obviously showing courtesy to other users. For those worried about grass length, the whole site was cut very short. Plenty of room for five caravans/motorhomes and a neatly fenced-off waste disposal, with the water tap a little further away. The turn into it is sharp, but easily manageable by small to medium outfits and motorhomes. Within easy reach of Alnwick with its superb castle. There are places to eat there, and an out of town centre with various supermarkets. Not far to drive to Craster, Dunstanburgh and other coastal delights, with plenty of coastal paths and cycling routes. Cragside is another fascinating place within easy reach. A little further to the Cheviots with all the walking and cycling which can be done there. The views of those from the site are rather lovely. Very, very peaceful. The farmer was welcoming and friendly. Really recommend this site as a sheer delight.
