Great escape.
Great little CL, good hard standing pitches and well maintained grass areas, Nicola greeted us with a warm welcome even though we arrived in the dark!
This site is an ideal base for exploring Lincoln and the surrounding area.
We shall definitely return.

Lovely Site with access to Lincoln
Our first visit to this site which is an ideal base for visiting Lincoln. The booking system and follow up is very comprehensive and the details given are excellent. We were greeted and welcomed within a short space of time of arrival. The site is surrounded by fields and offer great walking for visitors and dogs. It was suggested to keep the dog on the lead as there were lots of pheasants and partridges walking the fields - lovely to see and sound advise! We drove into Lincoln for a meal near the Cathedral with lots of restaurants to choose from and parking was easy at night. We visited Bomber Command Memorial on Canwick Hill and had a brilliant tour given by a lady who was full of enthusiasm and lots of stories to tell. It was windy and could be cold so wrap up in the winter! Lots to see and do with a very good café to have a drink or lunch looking out over the Spire and Wall of names. The cost is £3 for the car park and then the tour and shop and outdoor area with Peace Gardens are free. The Exhibition area has a charge but we felt it was worthwhile. Dogs are allowed outside and the shop but not the café and Exhibition area. A great visit. We walked to the pub listed across the fields which is a 20 minute walk and had a drink outside as dogs are not allowed. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would stay again.
excellent site
Well laid out site. Security gate a nice touch. Pitches good size, well laid out, plenty of space for each caravan, and well maintained, now fully serviced. Information hut full of leaflets to surrounding attractions. Nicola is very welcoming and helpful. Would recommend this site to every one, one of the best we have stayed at.
Little Gem
Well what can you say about this site. One of the best sites on the club circuit. Good dog walk, peace and quite, fully serviced hard standing pitches, very clean and tidy. Nearby lots of things to see and do. Lovely friendly owners, looking forward to going back. You won’t be disappointed if you pay them a visit. Glyn and Mick Bamford

Outstanding CL
Excellent CL with all facilities you require for a short or longer stay.
Probably the best I’ve been on in over 30years of caravining.
You won’t be disappointed.
Once Again Heaven
Having just spent four days at our favourite site we had an amazing relaxing time. How nice to sit outside with a glass of wine and soak up this tranquil place. The 1940's weekend was on in Lincoln and we saw the Lancaster Bomber fly directly over the site on Saturday . Completed by the Spitfire on Sunday. We also saw the Red Arrows in formation of 5 on Friday. Can't wait to see a practice day!!!
Once again thank you so much Nicola and Richard for providing a special place for us
See you again soon
Nice site
A great little site and a big plus with the addition of serviced pitches that are very good.
Access and security was first class with the electric gates. Nicola the owner was charming and very helpful in her knowledge of the area. The hut onsite was brimming with info on all things Lincoln etc etc. The only downside to the site was a little traffic noise from the main A46, this was only as a result of it being very very warm with the air vents open. Overall, yes we would go again.

Our first fully serviced CL
Very easy to book and a great site for easy access. Lovely welcome from Nicola, who also helped us with our awning when the weather suddenly changed. Thank you, definitely above and beyond as we all got wet through...
Very well positioned for access to Lincoln, Newark and the Wolds, plus the RAF museums.
This is the smallest CL we have stayed on and we did feel overlooked by our neighbours. It’s a little too cosy; we like CL’s as most have lots of space between vans. That said, the site is extremely well laid out, if snug.
But, and for us it’s a massive but and deal breaker, there is constant, and I mean 24/7, traffic noise from the A46. It would have been lovely to hear birdsong, but traffic noise drowned everything else. We love the tranquility of rural CL’s, sadly this well set up site is anything but tranquil.

Lovely peaceful stay
Really enjoyed our stay as did the dogs. Friendly and informative welcome and true to advice given we spotted two deer within minutes of setting off on a walk around the waymarked paths within the farm. We will definitely return here again. Thank you.
