This is one of the nicest CLs I have ever visited! The site was immaculate, in the most beautiful location on a working farm, deep in the Dorset countryside, surrounded by stunning fields and forests and downland, and yet only 10 mins away from all the bustle and facilities of Dorchester, and close to the stunning Jurassic coastline. Judith could not have been more accommodating and welcoming - she was a fantastic host who did everything she could to make me feel at home and checked up regularly that everything was OK. The CL is very spacious with lots of room between pitches, good water and waste and recycling facilities, and very peaceful and quiet tucked away at the end of a farm track, sheltered and surrounded by trees, yet with open views to the south across the rolling countryside. The walks in the surrounding forest via public footpaths are excellent, and stretch for miles and miles, with lots of quiet roads for cycling. What a gorgeous part of the world, and what a gorgeous CL! I felt thoroughly refreshed and relaxed, and definitely plan to return.
