Have fun up by the Tamar River

Excellent site for a CL with a good sized open space ELUs and views, WC complete with WHB. This is on the borders of Devon and Cornwall near the upper navigable reaches of the Tamar river. Handy spot to visit Calstock viaduct or Cothele House and walks in their wonderful woodland. Gunnislake or Calstock branch line stations are nearby which gives the opportunity to visit the villages (including Bere Ferrers railway museum) further south and on towards Plymouth. We did see a bus and managed to walk to two pubs.
