A nice site, but was somewhat disappointed with the layout and facilities, which is why I've only given it 3 stars. The pitches are all hardstanding on concrete and gravel on a slope, but this meant we were not very close to any grass or shade and it felt like parking on a gravel pit. There are no facilities for grey waste, other than the chemical waste, which is tucked away near the house. The chemical waste is not very hygienic, and is not enclosed - also it is shared with a number of other fields full of caravans and motorhomes (not CL). Additionally, as we were not near any hedges we were unable to water the shrubs with our grey waste. We were told that we could empty our grey waste in another field - not very convenient. If this had been a cheap site (£10-£15) I would not have complained but at £23 I expected a bit better. It is not a CL I would visit again!
