My husband and I have visited here on many occasions with our two young girls and I can honestly say it is one of our favourite CL's. Very easy to find from the M5, and located on the main route between Tewkesbury and Gloucester, access is easy. (only about 100m of country roads to navigate!) Approached down a long private drive it is set well back from the main road and is very peaceful. There is always something happening as it is a working farm, but this in no way affects tranquillity of our stay. Always a warm welcome from Mr Warner, his family and the staff, who are also happy to help if ever there is a problem. Pitches are level and well sheltered with trees and bushes, well maintained and generous in size. Plenty to do in the lovely town of Tewkesbury, including river cruises, the abbey, lots of high street and boutique and antique shops, coffee shops and restaurants and takeaways for Friday night tea! It is also well sited to visit any of the picturesque Cotswold towns. We will definitely be returning on many more occasions!
