If you fancy a beautiful tranquil hidden away site , this is one for you . This site links into Georgian town of Alton not far away , Home of Jane Austen in Chawton and watercress line train trip Alresford. We loved it as set in forest surroundings , sheep in next field , woodpeckers in the distance and odd roaming hen whom was very friendly . The owners have well kept site grass cut and even have eggs on tap too . It’s so quiet and great get away from it all . Very dog friendly too and lots of walks to link into nearby you hardly have to go far either for nice country pubs too .
