Great Location

Echo previous reviews regarding finding the site. The name is in dark writing on a brown wooden board which has partially collapsed. There is no Caravan club sign to help either. Check in was fine and we were provided with a local area information sheet. The CL is in the midst of an extensive area of caravans storage and residential vans. On the CL at least two of the caravans had obviously not moved in a long while. Grey water and chemical both emptied into a single access point. There was no obvious recycling though there were 3 dustbins next to the fresh drinking water. The area was level but soft so getting out proved to be a problem as the pitches are below the level of the access road. The local area is beautiful with plenty to do so no complaints on that front. Indeed my only complaint was when I discovered electricity was charged on a meter, albeit at 15 pence per unit. This is the most expensive CL I have visited and to be charged electricity as an extra, particularly as the Sites Directory entry states £17 pitch and all, is unjustified.
