Just spent a pleasant few days at this CL in a good location for visiting some of the highlights Derbyshire has to offer. It has it's own history as other reviewers have detailed. Owners very personable and chatty. Unfortunately we had to cut short our stay but owners very understanding. Well maintained and relatively level grassed area for pitches but have to park your car in a different area as the pitching area isn't the largest. Only one real criticism and that's the nightly rate - at £17(with hook-up) it's the most expensive CL we've stayed at and whilst very pleasant, we've visited CLs with much more to offer for less cost.
