Well thought out, lovely site.

We stayed for a week here in July and thoroughly enjoyed it. Yes, it’s near the road but, honestly, we were never disturbed by it. Robert and Jill are always on hand, but never in your face. The way the site is designed to be half natural, half manicured is really good. Apart from being good for wildlife (we had a big grasshopper on our van) it’s also very pleasing on the eye. A great site, run by great people. We’ll go back next time we’re down that way.

Small and perfect

We wanted somewhere small, quiet and friendly to test the first night in a new Motorhome and I couldn’t have found a better place. Mr Coakes met us on arrival, even in the pouring rain, and welcomed us, despite the fact we were later arriving than we thought we would be. What a lovely, kind man. Totally helpful and giving us advice when asked. Happy to show us around. People have mentioned the road and noise but we didn’t hear it. Just a few cars - We arrived at 7pm on a Saturday night. Donkeys (very quiet!) and a gorgeous horse in the field next to us. Able to walk our dogs around the field without problem. Absolute loved it (Thank you Mr Coakes). We look forward to coming back for longer!

One of Hampshires best kept secrets

We stayed here for a long weekend and having caravanned for almost 35 years were not new to the how to do it.. This site is brilliant if you want great views , extremely short trips to the beach, and just have the ability to connect with nature(isn’t that what caravanning/Campers want), we'll definitely go again its a great example of caravanning made simple it just works !

LOVELY SMALL SITE, GREAT VIEWS AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY OWNERS

Just looking for a one night stay and managed to get booked in. On arrival we were greeted by Gill and Rob who couldn’t have been more obliging and helpful (always nice to get a warm welcome). Lovely open views. There is a busy road not far away but it really didn’t bother us at all and I certainly didn’t hear it overnight. The stunning clifftop at Barton on Sea is a 5 minute drive with lots of free parking if you get there early. We parked the motorhome up here for the day and it is absolutely gorgeous and very quiet (October). Hoping to get another couple of nights booked in before the site closes but will definitely be back next year.

A first class site

We spent 10 very enjoyable days at this site .The owners were very helpful and Robert helped us to level our van with his blocks of wood .. The site has attractive views and is very convenient to all the seaside attractions and the New Forest. Milford is a charming seaside village . We will definitely visit again .

Very busy road

A lovely site and particularly friendly owners, but the road is very busy. From when we arrived at 12 on sunday there was more or less constant traffic until 9pm and then from about 7am until 11am when we left as we couldn't cope with it any longer. A great shame.

A lovely coastal convenient site.

Our first CL but to an area we know well. Friendly helpful owner who greeted us and showed us to our pitch (No.1 which was very level with a brick barn behind us). A pretty site although near the road so some noise at peak times but this did not disturb us. We had a lovely walk along the cliff to Milford, which has all the basics you need and more, this took about an hour. Lunch at the Smugglers was excellent. Nice area for walking the dog and friendly ponies in the next field. Will definately return again.

First visit but hope not the last

Although we have been caravanning in this area for over 40 years this was our first visit to Taddiford Farm and we were very impressed. We were given a warm welcome by Mr. Coakes and were able to site our twin-axle caravan easily as provision has been made to overcome the slope of the field - in fact we were spot-on level! The grass was nice and short and drains well so no mud, and we had a pleasant view over an open field with horses, towards woods. It only takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the clifftop path which leads to Barton-on-Sea in one direction and Milford-on-Sea the other. We left the site in beautiful sunshine and were very tempted to stay!! Look forward to visiting again.

First but probably not last visit.

This is a well kept site where we received a warm welcome from very helpful owners. The real benefit for us was the bus stop at the gate (we're bus pass users) and the easy access to the coast path. The site slopes but arrangements to make levelling easy and a supply of blocks have been provided to solve the problem. There is a bit of road noise but overnight it is negligible.
