Great place to stay

Just spent a bank holiday weekend here, great place to stay site clean and well maintained. The hotel serves good food and beers which we did participate in on a couple of occasions and enjoyed it. We will be returning again to this site when time allows us to, great open space and so quiet.

Enjoyed our stay

Just recently left this lovely peaceful site , even though it’s close to a main road . Would definitely go back 😊 ground is uneven in places but you can find level spots to pitch on . Water on each pitch and electric . We visited the restaurant food was lovely . Would recommend . Would have given 5 stars for all aspects if ground had been level .

Great weekend.

Spent weekend at the Boars Head. 5 pitches with hook up and water On a well kept 4 acre field. The pitches were a bit uneven especially pitch 3. The field is secured by a locked gate, you get a key from reception upon arrival. You can use the hotel’s toilets during opening times. The bar/ restaurant do excellent meals and drinks, we also had a lovely breakfast there. All the staff are very friendly. We will definitely visit again.
