Quiet and near to interesting places
A quiet site with nice views. We stayed with a motorhome - you will need a vehicle to visit places as there is no public transport really near, New Galloway is about a mile away down a quiet road. We visited the RSPB reserve at Ken-Dee marshes (small car park) and the national park centre along the road at Clatteringshaws. If the skies had been clear we would have had a great view of the stars!
